Question for you lifters out there: Does anyone have an app they use to track their weight workouts? I have very limited time to spend at the gym. My Mom brain prevents me from remembering what weight I used last, and I usually waste a set or two, trying to figure it out. Would love to have an app where I can track how heavy I lift it on what exercise and how it felt.
