Good afternoon. My first post for #whywait. I have not posted bc I wanted the perfect post with goals etc.. Well there is no perfect post except for to post where I am. I have figured out my sleep is what needs to be improved to make my goals of eating 30 grams or less of carbs per day, pre plan meals, pre plan events, continue to work out 5 days a week and to make time to reflect what is working and what is not. I am doing this post as I am riding my exercise bike. Yeah #whywait
