Working on finishing my 2 mile walk , and my goal is a 36 hour clean fast which will end in the morning. I'm not necessarily enjoying it because I'm out of the habit . I'm trying to focus on the fact that my blood sugars will look better in the morning. I tend to run at the higher end of the normal range when I'm not fasting, but I am not super fond of meat so my low carb isn't always as low as everyone else's . I printed out some protein sparing modified fast recipes and I'm gonna order some of the ingredients in purchase some and give that to go soon .
