Weekly Exercise Accountability I hear @Amy Eiges in my head saying: *I can do hard things.” YES, I can!* Monday: Yesterday was a heavier exercise day for me. Little more relaxed day today: *3 videos (50 min total) of mixed cardio *1 mile walk after closing my eating window early. *10k step goal met & counting! Tuesday: *2 mile walk *Strength Training *10k step goal met Wednesday: *8.5 miles walking (20k+ steps for the day!) Thursday: *HIIT *Cardio walk w/arms *10k step goal met Friday: *HIIT *TUT Strength Training *2 miles walking, 1 on treadmill with some 4 & 6% incline *10k step goal met Saturday: *Boxing workouts *Core workout *1 mile treadmill walk. 10k step goal met + Sunday: *Heavy duty housecleaning today! #itallcounts! *15 min of 30 sec intervals of walk/jogs. Jogged through the house while daughter slept on the couch. She missed it all! 😂 *Arm workout while stepping! *1 mile treadmill walk after dinner with 4 & 6% incline added
