#whywait Week 2 I am doing nicely with eating & exercising✅ on days I do not have PT I exercise in my home, cycle (have attempted hit w this & just gotta be careful, not so sure w this yet, I hurt) I do calisthenics & I def get walking in. Looking for a possible gym. Need work on the following: Sleep, bedtime & rising, staying off phone & not reading news. Lastly haven’t started fasting as of yet.
