#whywait #BlazePizza Finally went to try out Blaze Pizza & their keto crust this afternoon! I gotta say that I thoroughly enjoyed it! It was sooo nice to be able to go with my family and eat pizza with them. Is it perfect? No. Could I have made a cleaner version at home? Sure. Will I do it again sometime? Without hesitation, absolutely I will! I added a few pics. 1) Me, sooo happy to have my own box of pizza! And noo, I wasn’t done in this picture. I was satiated in this photo & now I’m happily fasting until tomorrow. 😉*burp*😋 2) Keto crust info 3) Cauliflower crust info 4) my CGM with the “bump” from eating the pizza marked. 5) My Biosense ketone meter for today. I had a jump after I ate & then walked. I’ll take it! 6) No photo but I’m one happy camper tonight! My suggestion is to do your research on their nutritional calculator so you know which ingredients in which toppings meet your thresholds. 👍 Keep in mind that the nutritional information is per slice of pizza.
