Sat. Oct 14 B coffee L menudo. I had the broth and tripe. No hominy. Tasty D my braised cow feet. Yum. I will let you know about my cow feet experiment. Will post a pic. Looking forward to the collagen. I think that the braising liquid will be a great substrate for soups/stews.
