I started to call this a non-scale victory but this might be the very definition of a scale victory. We couldn't do this a year ago because we both exceeded the weight limit and we definitely would not have fit. I'm sure that people I work with are tired of me talking about how this change in lifestyle has resulted in a whole new life but this program has really changed who we are and what we can do. On to our next adventure today. #WholeNewLife
