I have a Maintenance question: When we transition from weight loss mode to Maintenance we will tweak our macros a bit. One of the options is increasing carbs/trying to establish our "carb tolerance." What are thoughts on this? After spending so many years losing weight/avoiding carbs that is a disconcerting thought to me. Is increasing carbs a bit a valid Maintenance option or a slippery slope best avoided?
