Wow, I’m going backwards! I’m trying to move my GMI from 5.9 to 5.7 in the month of October. And I’ve moved it from 5.9 to 6.0 for the first two weeks of October I’ve hit all my goals. I’ve added my zone 2 training to my resistance days so I’m doing six days of zone, two training and three days of resistance training. I’ve actually put on weight about 4 pounds. I think it might be time to add a 48 hour fast. 🤔
