#whywait Seems I’m putting exercise as a priority w this challenge (when I exercise I tend to eat better) Aside from my walking regularly I am at physical therapy 3x a week. For one hour in that gym I am moving from exercise to exercise, from bands to stretches to balance to leg weights, cycling to stairs, to marching & I also have chiropractic care & hydro massage. I’m into a gym, pilates, & jogging! My food is up there also as a priority & other things will start to fall into place, not stressing about what I’m not doing. Moving forward w what I am doing’
