Here’s a little snapshot of my quarterly Oura report. It’s my first one so I’ll be interested to compare if & how things change as factors like weather, daylight, *my work to improve the stats* & other things like holidays, etc come and go. Seeing it this way makes me realize that in spite of some not-so-great days, maybe, overall it hasn’t been as bad as the bully in my head has been trying to convince me it has. Kicking that bully to the curb right now and carrying on! Couple of thoughts on these slides: 1) 🥳 2) 👏👏 3) 14 marathons! Love that comparison! 😎 4) 💪💪 5) Who doesn’t love a good 👑? 😉
