Gotta question? What’s a good rule of thumb when losing weight is the goal, of how much fat grams one should consume? I am typically a lowcarb moderate fat kind of gal, but sometimes I feel like I get too much fat! I try to stick to about 2 tablespoons of added fat when trying to lose! So this doesn’t include the already added fat from meat, avocados etc… Thoughts?
