Listened to the latest Stay of My Operating Table podcast by Philip Ovadia, he was interviewing Doug Reynolds from Low Carb USA. One of the points brought up was that the low carb conferences are for more than medical professionals, they are for ANYONE who wants to learn about lowcarb and the latest information/studies/publications. That was me this past January in Boca. It was as an amazing experience; I would recommend it if you have the means to go. I'm signed up to go again in 2024.
