Week 1: Weekly 3 fasts - accomplished. Was a little disappointed that I didn't get a longer fast in like I wanted, but it wasn't in the cards. And my commitment was to 3 fasts, so I'm celebrating that win. Yoga class - accomplished. Forgot how such simple movements can help so much. My local studio is less about the super-athletic poses and more about the poses and small tweaks that are effective and ergonomic. 2 strength - did not achieve. This week is a new week.
