Movement is Medicine! (Love this hat) Most of what I log here isn’t part of my October goals but it helps me stay motivated & keep track of my “movement” for the week. I can honestly say I would never have bet a single dollar bill I’d ever say & mean that! Monday: *HIIT *Upper & lower body separate strength training sessions *10k step goal met & counting *Treadmill 1 mile walk after dinner. First 5 min @ 2% incline, then 5 min @ 4% incline, next 5 min back to 2% incline. Wow, 4% felt so much more difficult. I may be a little skeeeeered of the 8% in the 4th week… 😬🤦‍♀️ Tuesday: *Such a busy day! I managed to get in an almost 2 mile walk before the meeting & completed my 10k daily step goal for the day. Wednesday: *HIIT *TUT Strength Training *3 miles of walking including a treadmill walk with 10 min of 30 sec intervals of 4, 6 & 8% alternating inclines! I may have died for a second and then powered on! 🥵 THANKS for the suggestion/push @Carrie E. ❤️ *10k daily step goal met & counting! Thursday: *HIIT *Boxing workout *Disney afternoon/evening! 🐭🏰❤️ 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️ *Steppity step step! Friday: *Gonna get my 10k steps in today and the rest has been and will continue being a mental health day with some dedicated time spent with one of my offspring! Tomorrow is another day! *Ended up doing a 1.5 mile treadmill to finish up my step goal & close my exercise ring. 👍 Saturday: *Took a 1 mile lap at the mall after taking care of what we went there for. *1 mile treadmill walk with 12 min of alternating 4 & 6% incline & 2 min of 8% incline. *Met my 10k step goal Sunday: *HIIT (2) *TUT Strength Training *Stretching video *Planned treadmill walk w/some 6% incline added 😬
