#whywait recap week 1. Food -struggled on Saturday but moved on from there feeling stronger. Only weight trained once last week work interfered with my exercise goal it happens but I still walked and rode my bike. Picked up my guitar once realized I need to work on my finger tips ouch. Took my measurements and stepped on the scale. Scrolling time down and sleep is pretty good. This week get to the gym 3 times for weight training. Walk each morning before work. Keep eating clean and low carb. Pick up the guitar at least 3 times this week. Cut down scroll time even more.
