Plan for October: Goal = GMI to 5.7% Current regimen: 1. Fasting/ eating windows - 16/8 2. Zone 2 training 3-4 days 3. Resistance training 3 days a week Strategy: 1. Exercise in a fasted state. 2. Add 1-2 zone 2 training sessions on resistance training days 3. Limit snacking on fat. (ie, cheese and cream in coffee) Present GMI is 5.9% Good luck to all and stay strong!
