So I’m posting the good, the bad, and the ugly. I did well today, before dinner I was probably at around 50 G of carbs. My husband made sloppy Joes for dinner. I only had a half of the roll so I thought I’d be ok. We’ll my CGM shot up from 100 to 170. I guess meters don’t lie. I found out my husband used honey, barbecue sauce, spaghetti sauce *and* ketchup! Yikes! And he knows I’m low carb. Guess I have to make my own dinner from now on. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But I did get 16,000 steps today so I feel a little less guilty.
