I firmly believe that any lasting change can't be rooted in self-hatred. Find something you like about exercise -- even if it's how you feel when it's over!! Full disclosure: I used to tell myself (and sometimes still do...) "You only have to do this for a half hour and then you can lie on the couch and watch TV for the next 23.5 hours of the day." Now: I have a repeating note on my calendar that says: "EXERCISE!!!! Don't skip a day or you will be sad and depressed." I keep it there as a reminder so that when my inner terrorist tries to convince me not to take care of myself, I can remind it who is in charge. #GetMoving #MoveInMarch
