#whywait Week 1 review & reflection: Met all goals but 2. Neither was a huge deal breaker but it helped me remember how fast a week goes by & reminds me to put a couple more specific plans in place so I am able to meet all my goals this next week. 1) Only had 2 of 3 meals based on eggs. 2) Only closed my eating window by 4pm 1 out of 2 times during week 1. Upside: I logged more fasts, kept my steps up all week, meditated (short ones) & did more book listening b4 bed which overall helped with my sleep. I’m calling it a WIN! Now to get going on week 2!! *Wish I had a nice spreadsheet of some kind to track my results on but for now I’m using a Note on my phone that seems to be working ok for me. I attached a screenshot of only a part of it because it’s LONG! (πŸ₯©πŸ΄+πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ+😴+🀯)
