#whywait Went to the gym after work today. Had the whole place to myself for almost the whole time! Was still fasting from night before, was a bit hungry when I got there but soon forgot. Looking at my heart rate chart I can definitely see the breaks between sets. Starting to increase weights on a couple of exercises, want to build muscle 💪 to help use up all of my stored energy. Tomorrow might be a rest day, haven't decided; will check out the exercise folder in the app. Happy weekend everyone.
