I’m back, baby! And ready to get cooking. Eating out has been getting tiresome. Have my bag of beef, a dozen eggs, and a package of bacon, and my outdoor kitchen tent ready to go. Was happy to score the ground beef with organs ground in (20% organs, 80% ground beef). The butcher is saving me some tallow when he renders it in a few days. And I’m finally back in the yurt after a week at hotels, on the road, in airbnbs, and getting the whole off grid set up cleaned, systems set up, stuff moved back in (the yurt photo was from last Christmas). Next is to get the fall garden and greenhouse planted with my winter greens. So excited about resuming routine!
