I listened to the intro to Low Carb recording and I am looking for suggestions from the pros here. Brian described a horrible day coming home stressed and tired and surrounded by temptation. What specific things have helped? I know having low carb cooked and on hand is part of it but at that moment my emotions take over and I want to self medicate with food. What has worked for others?
