My 10/5 update: 5x per week walking in morning (5k steps) - 2 for 2 8,500 steps 6x per week - 2 for 2 IF 18-23 hrs 3x per week EF 32-40 hrs 1x per week - completed Sleep - 6.5 hrs or greater per night - 0 for 1, last night was 5.75 Stress - job goes away no later than 7pm, no dead scrolling - #whywait
