#whywait What I am trying to accomplish here is weight loss & balance. I’m okay with the time this will take. Establishing a new relationship w food. Actually being mindful of what I want to eat, ingredients, & enjoying the process. I enjoy laying down with a comfortable stomach & waking up clean feeling. I will be in some social setting while I visit grandkids . I just finished prepping the following & my meals & snacks are planned as well.( there will be stuff I don’t want to see but my food comes w me Burgers/taco salad, steak avocados, yogurt, cottage cheese, broccoli, salad(cut up & bagged, farm 🍅 protein powder, walnuts in shell(4) put in mini bags,seltzer, individual mini mozzerella balls, strawberries Fasting starts Monday(anew adventure for me) I will do this!
