My plan 1. Focus on the basic food plan, high protein and minimal carbs. Don't eat much fat OR any chocolate. 2. Exercise: 5 x/ week in the pool for 1.5 hrs each (primarily treading water and talking!), train with Alice to learn how to do the appropriate exercises to exhaustion (which I believe are upper body, core, and lower body). Do these twice/ week. Ride my trike three times/ week. 3. Practice breathing and sleeping. TBD!
