#whywait I’m finally posting my plan! My downfall in the past has been going cold turkey on everything all at once. At most, I’ve made it 5 weeks then crash hard into old habits. My goal this time is to master each lever before moving to the next one so that I can instill healthy habits slowly (but surely). So, my goal is to stay under 30grams of carbs per day and focus on protein until I feel ready to move to the next lever. Keeping it simple.
