#whywait I don't get up any exercise in the morning before work but yesterday and today I spent about 10 minutes each day with some light exercise with weights using some of the many reels I have saved on instagram. I'm quite out of shape so this is a good start and with this accountability group I am motivated. My other fitness goal is to get a 2 mile walk in throughout my day. Back to tracking carbs 30 or under will be a challenge but is my plan .
