Thanks to all that attended tonight, it was nice seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new ones. I encourage everyone to stay engaged by posting on the app and attending all the great meetings we have lined up this month. I can honestly say in the past, October is when the slide would happen for me because of Halloween and thinking of the holidays to follow, it starts by starring at candy the entire month, then you either hand it out or take kids trick or treating, by the time you’re separating the candy, the willpower is gone and you tell yourself, two little fun size bars will be ok… Next thing I knew, I was munching on leftover candy till thanksgiving, then a week later it was my birthday, so by then I’m telling myself to just stay off and start over on new years. Three month can get away from you pretty fast but it doesn’t have to. Take these plans you’ve all made and break that cycle #whywait
