If you struggle with too much phone use like me (I run a very fun and almost addicting Instagram business) and need to reign it in so you can achieve your goals… Try the OPAL app. You can select what to restrict and create different schedules! I restrict IG and FB. A sample of my schedule is attached! I struggle with this immensely and have found this app tremendously useful at cutting down on screen time, which effects everything for me, sleep, workout time, walking time, mood, family time, etc. Edited to add: I don’t think the aesthetic and functionality of the app is top notch, it’s kind of annoying and confusing at times, but I try to just make sure my schedule is set and don’t pay attention to anything else.
