Sorry I had to leave my small group early. Great information tonight. I had come up with some goals earlier but am just posting now. All-around goal of consistency and persistence is a must! Specific goals… 1) I want to add HIIT to my exercise routine. Listened to Alisons Saturday talk on HIIT vs Zone 2 exercise…great info. I was challenged. 2) I need to stop healthy eating Mon-Thurs followed by “I blew it” Fri, Sat & Sun. Heard Amy mention this a few Saturdays ago. This really hit home with me. I then heard the same concept on 4 different venues throughout the week! 3) Stop “stupid-snacking”! (Grazing/higher carb count choices/snack cause everyone else is etc. Snacking has a proper place in eating/meal planning…stupid-snacking does not! 4) Add IF to my life Prepped a bunch this weekend. Forgot to take pictures of most items. I was very proud of myself that I prepped and sealed all the dry ingredients for seed crackers. Cuts out all the measuring.
