#whywait I just joined the premium app after seeing some of Dr. Tro's emails and instagram posts about the accountability groups for October and as a birthday gift for myself joined the app. I need to get back on track after recently gaining 10 lbs since my 25th anniversary trip to Hawaii end of August. My plan: go back to tracking carbs -stick with 30 or under walk 2 miles per day get up earlier to do Dr Bens workout 2 x a week
