“WHY WAIT” DIET -1 snack a da for Oct move to 0 by end of month. -No breakfast before 7 am, so meals can be 7, 11:30 and 4, resumes intermittent fasting of 15 hrs EXERCISE -Increase daily walk from .75 mi to 1.5 in Oct -Complete PT mid month and then work out a new routine w/trainer -Do the full workout 3-4x’s a week and do the recumbent bike/walk on non-workout days SLEEP -Sleep improves as knee pain lessens, getting 8 hrs again STRESS -Started golf range hitting only short shots for now, while knee recovers -Make a plan with a friend 1-2x’s a week
