Rocktober Week 1: Monday: *1.5 mile walk out in the neighborhood and getting some Vitamin D while listening to some Brooks & Dunn. Love me some 90โs country! *1mile walk on the the treadmill w/2% incline (one of my #whywait goals) and at โ3.5โ speed. Thatโs a personal best for me! ๐ *15 min after dinner walk *Met my minimum 10k goal & counting โ Tuesday: *1.5 mile walk with 15 min of that walk being at a 3.5 speed and a 3% (up from 2% yesterday) incline today! *Cardio w/ GFWR *TUT Strength Training *After dinner walk, 10k goal met & counting! Wednesday: *Stress relieving mental health afternoon at Disney *19,638 steps, 8.29 miles & 6 flights of stairs logged. Thursday: *HIIT *TUT Strength Training *Steppity step step! 10k step goal achieved *Planned after meal walk. 15 minutes of after dinner walk with 3% incline added. Friday: *30 minutes of boxing & core *1.75 mi walk, got some Vit.D this morning. *Steppity step step. 10k step goal achieved *Evening walk planned โ Saturday: *2 mile walk outside today. 10k step goal achieved. *After dinner treadmill walk Sunday: *Light Strength Training *12 min of jog/walk intervals *2 mile walk *10k step goal achieved
