Hi I joined a rowing class. It is great. So easy on the joints. I am watching videos to learn more. Any other rowers here? I know that Coach Amy is a rower. The rowing machines at my gym are never in use, so it is easy to grab one. I got this nifty phone holder from Amazon to fit on the rowing machine monitor so that I can watch rowing videos on YouTube and row along with them
