Confession time. Struggling this week. Ate my feelings earlier this week with sugar and carbs (I know, I know), which have led to more sugar and carbs. Allergies affecting the quality of my sleep is not helping. I thought I was doing better, focusing on cleaner foods. Then I found myself having an emotional response to something today, which I believe is directly related to the carbs I've had this week, which lead me to eating something that was low-ER carb comparatively but still not LOW carb. So, I am currently working my way through a 32 oz bottle of water with LMNT and magnesium powder, I'm waiting on a Doordash order from a local Mexican restaurant that is nothing but grilled meats (they can have all my money), and I'm thawing chicken for a buffalo chicken meatballs recipe a friend sent me. Doing what I can to stack the deck in my favor.
