Cycle indoor 2x SLEEP- • 10 pm down 7:30 rise • increase time meditating • set alarm for now STRESS/MENTAL HEALTH • walk • listen to podcast/music • read no news on phone • read good book, hit library 3x • color in my books • draw • grateful affirmation jar daily
