Today is day 1 for me on this App (kind of cool I found it today) and my new eating plan (no sugar & 25 carbs or less a day). I no longer want to wait! I am 47 on Tuesday & I am 45 to 50 pounds above a healthy weight. I wore heels to an event last night & ended up with swollen ankles! I did not even drink. I am ready for my healthy, fit late forties going into 50. #whywait?!
