Here is my SMART goal for october. I want my hips to not obstruct the cup holder in my car. To achieve this goal i will utilize all the tools in the dr tro app and attend as many sessions as i can, count the steps, measure the ketones, eat when i am hungry and not eat when i am not hungry, practice vitamin g and when each day is done sleep like i deserve a rest.
