Challenge #1 be consistent w/ what I am doing now(only 3 weeks @ this frequency)- active 4-6x’s week #2 add-in for March-balance on 1 leg w/o holding the wall for 20 sec 1. Treadmill-HR 75-80% of max (for peer group) 3x’s week for 30 min 2. Walking outdoors at fast pace 2x’s a week for 50 min 3. Working all major muscle groups in resistance training 2x’s a week about 30 min session
