Can anyone offer some advice? I made Indigo Nili’s protein bread with arrowroot and butter powder about a month ago and it came out perfectly. I followed the exact same recipe this week and could not get the meringue consistency required before baking. Tried twice but failed. The only thing different is that I put all the products in these containers after making the first bread. Could they be less air tight and moisture got in the products? Help, I love the bread!
