Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop… -Doctor Tro- (…or something like that 😉) Monday- *Warmup 15 min walk of 30 sec jog/walk intervals *Boxing & Core workouts *10 min “Get Fit with Rick” walking video (yep, still completely uncoordinated…thank goodness it was short! 🙃) *🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️ throughout the day/after dinner for sure! ✅ My #steptember total as of yesterday is at 189,334!!! I added them all up this morning and WOWZA! Hey 300,000, I’m coming for you! 🥳 Tuesday: *HIIT *TUT Strength Training *1+ mile walk, nice cool but sunny weather this morning. Maybe Fall really is on the way here! *Planned after dinner walk ✅ Wednesday: *15 min of 30 second walk/jog intervals *Cardio “Get Fit with Rick” video *”Get Fit with Rick” (& Bruno Mars) walking video. Fun & feeling slightly less uncoordinated than I was so maybe there’s hope for me after all! *10 minutes on the treadmill after lunch *Heading to Disney with friends for the evening so there should be a little walking involved in that. 😉 Thursday: *Walking warmup with jog/walk intervals *Cardio workout “GFWR” *Dance” cardio workout “GFWR” *After dinner walk Friday: *Warm-up 10 min of jog/walk intervals *HIIT *TUT Strength *Planned walk after dinner ✅ *Had to spend a little extra walking time to finish getting my 10,000 steps in today so I watched a YouTube video on my TV and stepped it up for a bit! Topped off my 10K with a few extra so I’m done for today! 👏👏👏 Saturday: *Cardio & walking/“dance” videos “GFWR” *Strength workout-Arms *2 mile walk after dinner Sunday: Kind of a rest day *Focus today is on getting in 10k steps. That’s it. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️😎
