I forgot to mention this at coaching last night-and it is huge for my starting consistent exercise. I started on the stationary bike for 2 minutes first thing in the AM. Very first. And I did 2 minutes only for probably 6 months. I committed to building the habit. I just started adding minutes this January. But here’s the really cool thing-my energy level, mood and joint pain benefits are the same at 2 minutes as 13. Good luck starting whatever exercise works for you!! It’s worth it!
