#NewbieConfusion- I’ve been listening to podcasts and reading about all of the great benefits of keto. But I’m confused about what I should actually eat. Some folks say that too much protein isn’t good; some say count net carbs; some total carbs; vegs are ok or not; etc. I know Dr Tro’s team know their stuff. So I’d love some help. Is there a list of foods or carb info for this group?
