@deletedmember @enrique.rios.0217 #baseculturebread Thought I’d post this “reply” here because I had a couple of questions about the picture I posted yesterday with the Base Culture bread in it and I had extra photos that I wanted to add to this in case others had wonderings about it too. Yesterday’s picture was of the cinnamon raisin keto version of Base Culture’s bread. They also have a regular plain flavor keto bread too. I have both in my freezer and have tried both & I like them both! There are other flavors also but these are the two I chose to try. They are VERY small slices (first pic w/a Tupperware measuring Teaspoon for scale,) serving size is 1 slice (8-9 carbs per slice) and if you go in expecting that sweet cinnamony raisin bread flavor from another life you might be disappointed. Also, in my opinion they are pretty pricey! I got mine at Whole Foods on sale for around $7.50 a pkg. The regular price was $10.50….for 1 loaf! I’m the only that eats this way in my house and it’s definitely not a daily or even weekly thing I have so, for me, I was ok with it. Not sure it’s something that “I’d always keep in the freezer.” With all that said…I liked them! They’re a nice little “something different” now & then. The flavor was really good and the ingredients are, overall, really clean! Toasted cinnamon raisin bread w/pb was a favorite of mine in a past life so to have even that small toasted piece of a clean keto raisin bread with almond butter was a delight for me, a WIN in my book. It didn’t create cravings for more, it didn’t bump my CGM. YMMV (your mileage may vary) though so just be aware (not beware!) Here is the link to their website if you are interested in finding them in stores. They don’t sell from their website anymore apparently. https://baseculture.com/collections/sliced-bread
