We are camping this weekend, weather has been beautiful, sunshine and clear skies. Mornings have been cool, Friday was 4 Celsius, (39 Fahrenheit)! Smores are a regular when camping. I haven't joined in since going lowcarb in 2019. This weekend we are at the beautiful Bon Echo Provincial Park in Ontario. Hubby and 24 yr old daughter are having smores, with double marshmallows!!. I am having dark chocolate in place. More than I would normally have, but it's better than smores!! It's not a big win but I will take it.
