Hi Everyone! Can anyone share articles with me on how the Ketogenic diet can impact memory loss/Alzheimer’s? Unfortunately, my dad’s memory is changing and I think his diet has room for improvement. My mom is a retired OR nurse and she’s just not sure about this whole “keto” thing. Anything will help! Thanks in advance!
