Mid-week check in: — Leaving for New Orleans on the Friday night/Saturday AM red-eye, sooooooo might be losing my step streak that day. That’s ok — I’ll start it again. Going to do my best at SeaTac to get steps in, as walking up and down the plane probably isn’t looked highly upon. — Treadmill specific shoe update: Today marked one month with the new shoes and logged 104 miles. Shoes are still comfy and holding up well (no cracks or overly worn tread). Best pair I have purchased. They are Adidas Cloudfoam Running and scored them when Famous Footwear had the annual back-to-school BOGO 1/2 off sale. — Bands: Decided to add in the poster exercises for two to three weeks each (instead of one week). The bent-over row is one of my favorites so far. Cannot explain it, except I feel like a beast doing it. The standing kickback is deceptive and takes a lot of stability concentration (which … I need lol 🫨 … where is the wall when I need it??? 😂).
