@Brian Wiley Think I’m going to butt in and join you with your #steptember goal of getting in an average of 10,000 steps a day (300,000 for the month!) I realized that I’m almost halfway there and soooo close so I’m IN! I may be a little late to the party but I’m feeling like I can catch up! 🀞🀞🀞🀞 Anyone else wanna join??? If the weather doesn’t permit OR sometimes you don’t want (or have a safe place) to walk outside OR you just wanna walk in your pj’s….steps are steps! You can listen to music, turn on YouTube (tv, computer, iPad or phone) and do a search for a walking video or hop on your treadmill if you have one!
